1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Aurum Fascia Massage Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Aurum Fascia Massage provides professional fascia release therapy, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, and related bodywork services. Each session is customised to the client's individual needs and physical condition. Our therapists will assess your requirements at the beginning of each appointment.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be made via WhatsApp at +852 9147 1553. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies:

• Session availability is updated daily via our Instagram Stories.
• Sessions may occasionally extend beyond the scheduled duration at the therapist's discretion to ensure thorough treatment.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule:

• More than 5 days before appointment: No penalty. Free cancellation.
• Within 5 days of appointment (3 cancellations): Permanent loss of waitlist booking privileges.
• Same-day cancellation (2 occurrences): Loss of waitlist booking privileges. After 3 same-day cancellations, loss of all booking and purchasing privileges.
• No-show / Unannounced absence: First occurrence requires an explanation. Second occurrence results in permanent loss of all booking and purchasing privileges.

Each therapist can treat a maximum of three clients per day. Same-day cancellations prevent other clients from accessing those slots, which is why we take this policy seriously.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash (HKD)
• PayMe
• Faster Payment System (FPS)

All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our services are therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients are responsible for informing our therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe treatment may pose a health risk.

7. Liability

Aurum Fascia Massage Limited provides all services in good faith and with professional care. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Aurum Fascia Massage Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
